Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Working with White Glove Janitorial

  • Responsibilities include:

    Scrubbing, buffing, and polishing until every surface gleams

    Turning trash into treasure (or at least a tidy dumpster)

    Being a beacon of light in a world filled with messes

  • Requirements:

    A strong work ethic that would make even the grimmest grime respect you

    Reliable transportation (we can’t have you bailing on us when the going gets tough)

    A valid driver's license

    A sense of humor 

    An appreciation for the therapeutic benefits of cleaning (who needs a therapist when you’ve got a mop?)

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Physical Stamina:

    Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.

  • Attention to Detail:

    Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.

  • Reliability:

    Dependable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining regular attendance and fulfilling scheduled work hours.

  • Team Player Attitude:

    Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to accomplish cleaning objectives in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Initiative:

    Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed, showing a proactive approach to completing tasks and solving problems.

  • Communication Skills:

    Good written and verbal communication skills to interact courteously with coworkers, supervisors, and building occupants. Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.

  • Adaptability:

    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work assignments, and environmental conditions in a fast-paced janitorial setting.

  • Safety Consciousness:

    Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards. Willingness to participate in safety training programs as required.
